Base Salary
$110k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Build and maintain backend services in Python supporting RESTful APIs and event-driven workflows.
- Architect and scale systems optimized for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to frontend development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate tools and technologies that improve development workflows.
- Develop internal tools and integrate with external APIs.
- Contribute to the expansion, testing, and release of products serving thousands of customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Fluency with relational database technology such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong grounding in testing methodologies, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with agentic development workflows and AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Working knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with willingness to contribute across the stack.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
