Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, architects, and product stakeholders.
- Contribute to scalable, resilient, and secure solution designs.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve the platform continuously.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
Requirements
- Several years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of software design principles and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working with databases and integrating external services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must be located in Poland.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, GCP, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-scale digital platforms is preferred.
