Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review architectural plans and participate in implementation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide technology and methodology decisions.
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure Post Order and Order Management services.
- Mentor engineers across the organization and promote strong code-review practices.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and leadership to align technical delivery with business timelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Strong full-stack development experience, including Python backend services, Node.js backend microservices and API design, and React and TypeScript frontend development.
- Required experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling production workloads on AWS.
- Marketplace product experience and understanding of scaling multi-sided platforms are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to set technical direction, mentor engineers, and influence product and business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
