Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Build and support OmniStudio solutions using Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
- Gather requirements with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and partner teams and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support enterprise platform transformation, enhancement, sustainment, troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance tuning, and production support.
- Develop Salesforce integrations with enterprise platforms and external systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities across the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Produce technical documentation, design specifications, configuration materials, support documentation, and user guidance.
- Support security, compliance, privacy, audit readiness, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Proven enterprise experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, and relational databases.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations, plus modern development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Git.
- Understanding of Apex bulkification, governor limits, performance best practices, Agile delivery, and collaborative multi-team work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- One or more of Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
- U.S.-based U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain required federal background investigations, access credentials, badging, and secure system access.
- Preferred qualifications include federal or similarly regulated environment experience, MuleSoft or comparable middleware experience, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, cybersecurity and compliance experience, zero trust principles, secure development, Scaled Agile, ITIL, application modernization, and long-term sustainment experience.
