Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical discovery, architecture discussions, complex evaluations, and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise prospects.
- Build functional applications live during executive meetings and customer workshops.
- Write and deploy Model Context Protocol servers to connect Replit Agents with customer-specific data.
- Configure workspace policies and AI governance templates for data safety, compliance, and CISO approval.
- Lead infrastructure reviews for single-tenant and VPC deployments.
- Partner with Account Executives on hackathons and trials.
- Lead technical kickoffs and production-ready SSO, SCIM, guardrails, and security setup.
- Run technical onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for technical and non-technical customer teams.
- Build customer-specific design systems and starter templates.
- Drive adoption and viral growth within enterprise accounts through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and technically qualify expansion opportunities with Account Managers.
- Co-lead value-based quarterly business reviews focused on delivered business value and roadmap alignment.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or developer-tools company and with enterprise adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Deep familiarity with Replit, including experience building Replit applications or serving as a Replit power user.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Experience running proofs of concept, onboarding sessions, workshops, and live application-building demonstrations.
- Ability to read and write code in JavaScript, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, modern cloud architecture, SSO, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfort with proactive technical strategy, ambiguous high-growth environments, and significant customer travel.
- Relevant military technology experience may count toward background and experience.
- Preferred experience with AI-powered development tools, AI evaluation patterns, context management, RAG, system prompts, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or SRE.
