Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic technical discovery for complex deals.
- Build live applications during executive meetings to demonstrate value.
- Deploy Model Context Protocol servers for secure data connectivity.
- Configure workspace policies for data safety and compliance.
- Lead deep-dive reviews for security posture in deployments.
- Facilitate Hackathons to promote hands-on experience with Replit.
- Ensure production-ready setups during technical kickoffs.
- Run training sessions to maximize customer use of Replit.
- Create Design Systems and templates tailored to customer needs.
- Identify new teams and use cases for expansion.
- Co-lead quarterly business reviews focused on business value.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS or dev tools.
- Deep understanding of Replit and experience building apps on the platform.
- Experience driving adoption and renewal with enterprise prospects.
- Ability to translate vague requirements into technical concepts.
- Proficiency in coding and understanding of APIs and cloud architecture.
- Experience working in a high-accountability POD structure.
- Military experience with technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
