Base Salary
$104k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and technical support experience for API partners.
- Review Menu API requirements and coordinate with the Menus team.
- Support external partners through various communication channels.
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for complex API issues.
- Reproduce and isolate issues using tools like Postman and GraphQL.
- Monitor trends in API tickets and incidents to identify failure patterns.
- Help define and improve support playbooks and documentation.
- Provide technical training to internal teammates and external partners.
- Contribute to partner communication and migration planning.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting API-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing escalations and balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong operational mindset with a desire to improve systems.
- Ability to connect technical issues to customer and business impact.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter.
