Responsibilities
- Design the platform architecture and make technical decisions with lasting impact.
- Build and ship features for the AI voice platform and customer-facing product console.
- Improve AI conversation quality for complex, hour-long voice interactions.
- Scale platform infrastructure to support tens of millions of calls.
- Help define product vision and interact directly with customers.
- Optionally co-author and publish research and attend industry conferences.
Requirements
- Strong generalist software engineering skills with strengths in backend, distributed systems, or AI/ML.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced early-stage company.
- Experience building and shipping products in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Product-minded approach with strong attention to user experience and design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Statistics is preferred but not required.
- Experience with speech or voice systems is a bonus.
