Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting Broadridge product and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and implement secure, scalable solutions.
  • Develop automation frameworks and scripts for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.
  • Drive enterprise software delivery best practices, including configuration management, release processes, and observability.
  • Support global-scale systems using networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on collaboration, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience with DevOps toolsets and proven experience building DevOps capabilities for enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS and tools including Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, and JFrog.
  • Kubernetes proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, configuration management, and monitoring practices.
  • Proficiency with Python, Go, or Shell scripting/programming.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include cloud or DevOps certifications, advanced networking knowledge, familiarity with master/slave architectures and modern design patterns, and experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
