Senior Software Engineer, EngOps
StackAdaptResponsibilities
- Maintain tooling, libraries, and infrastructure used by core service teams.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure services for managing, deploying, and scaling systems.
- Guide core service teams in designing robust and reliable software.
- Lead and implement cross-cutting initiatives across core services as an individual contributor and technical leader.
- Define, document, and communicate SRE best practices for the core service backend.
- Conduct security reviews for new projects, technologies, and services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or backend engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
- Strong programming, system design, and scripting skills.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure as code and application/network security.
- Experience setting up complex AWS environments with Terraform.
- Database management experience is a plus.
- Experience with the listed existing technologies is strongly preferred.
