Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI agent applications that accurately answer business questions.
- Develop core agent capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation and natural-language-to-query.
- Enhance AI output quality through prompt engineering and ongoing quality measurement.
- Collaborate on metrics, data models, and pipelines for reliable business data.
- Implement strong data governance and security practices for sensitive data.
- Contribute to technical design and review to elevate team standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production software, including AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with deploying agentic AI applications in production.
- Experience in improving AI system accuracy through evaluation and quality measurement.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, software engineering, and data modeling.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable AI or data products.
