Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
- Implement alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise-reduction capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
- Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable ITOM solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, perform integration testing, and troubleshoot application, integration, and platform issues.
- Support platform upgrades, deployments, continuous improvement, design reviews, code reviews, governance, and technical recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 5.5 years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, Scoped Applications, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability platforms such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
- Strong understanding of ITOM processes and best practices, along with analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps are an added advantage.
