Base Salary
$295k - $345k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision for the alternate account detection platform.
- Architect high-scale ML systems using Graph Neural Networks and clustering techniques.
- Solve complex ground truth and training data challenges for adversarial use cases.
- Ensure detection occurs within minutes of a bad actor's attempt to rejoin the platform.
- Develop innovative approaches to counter sophisticated identity masking techniques.
- Drive the ML roadmap to leverage big data and improve detection precision and recall.
- Mentor and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering pod.
Requirements
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience in Applied ML, focusing on anti-abuse or identity.
- Expertise in Graph Learning and experience with large-scale GNNs.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects to production.
- Experience with high-throughput systems in low-latency environments.
- Adversarial mindset to anticipate and counteract bad actor techniques.
