Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow native AI and intelligent automation features.
- Develop custom AI-driven workflows and applications using ServiceNow scripting and platform tools.
- Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub integrations with external systems and AI/ML services.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery from design and development through testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define AI use cases.
- Contribute to platform governance, documentation, knowledge sharing, and recommendations for new ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Require 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Require proven production experience deploying ServiceNow out-of-the-box AI capabilities and building custom AI or intelligent automation features.
- Require strong JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer skills.
- Require experience with ServiceNow AI features such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AIOps.
- Require experience building integrations with REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Require strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include external AI/ML or GenAI integration experience, LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational AI design, ServiceNow certifications, and experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
