Base Salary

$123k - $298k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Defense and National Security customers.
  • Lead architectural strategy across presales, discovery, solution design, and delivery.
  • Define business requirements, write user stories, and produce detailed system and functional designs.
  • Document business processes and wire-frame system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve complex issues, and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
  • Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to maintain scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Lead strategic consulting initiatives, contribute to the knowledge base, and promote delivery best practices.
  • Drive program vision and advise on strategies that enable Salesforce platform technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant enterprise architecture or Salesforce Platform consulting experience across the full lifecycle, with repeated demonstrable success.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, including translating current-state complexity into target-state designs and closing capability gaps.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining requirements, writing user stories, and producing system and functional designs.
  • Experience documenting business processes and designing future-state processes and systems with diagrams and wireframes.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Preferred: Metro DC location, active Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly clearance, and multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications.
  • Preferred: public-sector digital transformation experience, hands-on Public Sector Solutions or Agentforce Public Sector experience, and an application design or development background.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship, and successful completion of the required U.S. government background investigation are required; travel may be required.
