Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, PCF, and Gosu.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver product enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Oversee technology integrations, including external solutions and third-party services.
- Conduct solution testing and validation to ensure quality, compliance, and industry alignment.
- Maintain system architecture, design, and implementation documentation.
- Monitor system performance and implement efficiency and reliability improvements.
- Support solution deployment and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
- Track industry trends and drive innovation in insurance technology.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, PCF, and Gosu.
- Strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and its industry practices and standards.
- Proven experience leading architecture and design projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Guidewire Certified Professional certification.
- Property & Casualty Insurance certification.
