Responsibilities

Embed temporarily with cross-functional business teams to co-build AI features within their domain codebases and improve operational workflows.
Design and build Python-based internal developer tools, standard templates, and pipeline gates for security, technical standards, tone, and performance.
Establish guardrails, security standards, and production pathways for secure, scalable AI systems.
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify operational problems and design practical AI-augmented workflows.
Collaborate with the Data team to ensure secure and effective data flows into AI tools and applications.
Provide hands-on pairing, mentoring, and technical guidance during embedded rotations and support project handoffs.
Use deployment insights to improve central prototyping tools, patterns, and frameworks.

Strong backend engineering background with deep fluency in Python and Django.
Understanding of system design and genuine interest in Developer Experience and system reliability.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI toolchains, LLM integrations, retrieval patterns, and rapid prototyping frameworks.
Ability to audit AI-generated code and establish secure, scalable production practices.
Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and non-technical business partners.
Experience with pair programming, mentoring, coaching, or elevating team capability.
Pragmatic, fast-shipping approach with strong accountability and comfort working in a high-autonomy, context-switching environment.
