Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Adapt application features and extend functionality using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Manage software releases and configuration control while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Act as an SME, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead application-environment process improvements and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with software release management and configuration control processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
