Responsibilities
- Design and deliver user-facing features with React and TypeScript from UX definition through implementation, launch, and A/B-test validation.
- Develop backend features using Python/Django or comparable backend technologies.
- Improve frontend, backend, and mobile codebases and engineering workflows through practical best practices.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to formulate hypotheses, analyze metrics and experiment results, and iterate on user experiences.
- Balance fast delivery with long-term system stability and avoid unnecessary complexity.
- Set a high bar for code quality and teamwork while helping teammates grow through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Apply agentic AI as a development thought partner, establish quality gates and safety nets, and propose AI-native engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack engineering expertise with approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend experience.
- Strong frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Backend experience with Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Go.
- Familiarity with architectural patterns and the ability to contribute to reliable, efficient services supporting user-facing features at scale.
- Hands-on experience as a forefront user of agentic AI, including judgment around architecture, business logic, and security.
- Ability to solve problems independently, take ownership of quality and outcomes, make thoughtful technical decisions, and improve engineering practices.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills in English at B2 level or higher.
