Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java backend solutions using Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to define requirements and solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance on application architecture, enterprise integration patterns, deployment standards, coding practices, and platform best practices.
- Drive application modernization by improving scalability, reliability, performance, observability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise technology standards, security requirements, quality expectations, production support needs, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Java backend development experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API development.
- Ability to participate in application design discussions and collaborate with architects and technology teams on dependencies and integrations.
- Understanding of cloud-native engineering, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, application scalability, and performance tuning.
- Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, security standards, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for translating business and technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Exposure to React or other UI technologies, front-end and backend integration, DevOps practices, deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications in Java, cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, or related disciplines are preferred.
