Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional delivery teams during the software development lifecycle for identity and fraud products.
  • Provide operational guidance, product consultancy, and support for client incidents.
  • Troubleshoot SaaS and on-premises or hosted solutions.
  • Use AI-enabled automation and new ideas to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
  • Work with cloud services, deployment and management practices, DevOps tooling, monitoring solutions, containers, orchestration platforms, and databases.
  • Understand customer product needs and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another field is desirable.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools to lead engineering productivity and progress.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud services, deployment, and management, including Amazon Web Services.
  • 3+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD using Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • 3+ years of experience using monitoring solutions such as Splunk and DynaTrace.
  • Understanding of XML, JSON, and Swagger.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and Kafka.
  • Industry experience in the identity and fraud space is an additional qualification.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is an additional qualification.
  • Experience using and querying Oracle and PostgreSQL databases is an additional qualification.
