Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Articulate and evangelize technical vision while decomposing complex problems into practical, operational solutions.
- Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation, including performance, scalability, and operability.
- Drive modernization of monolithic systems into microservice architectures and event-driven platforms.
- Define long-term platform strategy, API standards, coding standards, and design practices with engineering and architecture leaders.
- Provide hands-on technical contribution while mentoring engineers, coaching the technical community, and supporting professional development.
- Lead cross-divisional projects and architectural reviews that advance technology best practices.
- Create communications, code samples, blog posts, and other materials to share technical knowledge.
- Balance multiple projects and serve as a trusted technical advisor across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field is required.
- At least seven years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture is required.
- A master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes web technologies, SPA frameworks, distributed HPC and ML systems, databases, public cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, networking protocols, and third-party distributed systems.
- Preferred experience includes 10+ years coding with Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
- Preferred experience includes 10+ years across the full software development lifecycle and 5+ years mentoring senior engineers.
- Preferred experience includes 2+ years leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards.
- Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools is preferred.
