Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Build, configure, and maintain infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement automation, configuration management, and infrastructure as code solutions.
- Set up monitoring and alerting, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system reliability.
- Implement security best practices, support compliance, assess vulnerabilities, and address risks.
- Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, operations personnel, and other stakeholders on deployments and knowledge sharing.
- Identify process improvements and stay current with DevOps and automation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and Travis CI.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code tools including Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of monitoring and log management tools including Prometheus and ELK Stack.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
