Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems for Grafana Cloud stacks.
- Collaborate to ensure stack lifecycle workflows are reliable and resilient.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity.
- Manage rollout mechanisms for plugins, dashboards, and stack configurations.
- Support new region and cluster rollouts for Grafana Cloud.
- Enhance incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignments.
- Partner with various teams on customer-impacting stack lifecycle work.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and technical design.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of fully remote work experience.
- Experience working on a SaaS platform and familiarity with distributed systems concepts.
- Professional experience with Golang and willingness to work on backend and application code.
- Strong focus on developer and user experience.
- Experience delivering projects from brainstorming to shipping.
- Ability to write clean, well-tested software.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
