Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for enterprise solutions across Infor’s target industries.
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable and innovative solution architectures.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on value propositions, RFP/RFI responses, executive presentations, and strategic workshops.
- Advise customers throughout the sales and implementation cycle and engage C-level decision-makers.
- Define architectural best practices and design patterns aligned with Infor’s technology strategy and customer success framework.
- Partner with Product Management and R&D to influence product development roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise solution architecture, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or industry-specific platforms.
- Experience as a solution architect in one or more of Infor’s core industries, such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Public Sector, Hospitality, or Distribution.
- Experience architecting large-scale, multi-tiered cloud solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with modern architectural principles including API integration, microservices, data lakes, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience influencing senior executives internally and externally.
- Presentation experience and the ability to explain technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working for a global, matrix organization.
