Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex full-stack solutions.
- Lead development using Angular, .NET, TypeScript, SQL Server/Oracle, AWS, and event-driven architectures.
- Build reusable components, REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and cloud-native capabilities.
- Define engineering standards, coding conventions, best practices, and CI/CD guidelines.
- Analyze critical production issues, identify root causes, and drive long-term corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize frontend, backend, integration, and cloud systems for performance and reliability.
- Champion automated unit, integration, and performance testing, code reviews, static analysis, observability, and DevOps automation.
- Mentor and coach engineers, lead architecture and design discussions, and influence technical direction and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of overall full-stack development experience with increasing ownership.
- Deep expertise in Angular, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, UI patterns, and frontend architecture.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET, TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing solutions with AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB/RDS, and API Gateway.
- Strong database expertise with Oracle and SQL Server, including distributed data patterns.
- Hands-on experience with scalable CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Experience guiding or integrating with API Gateway solutions; Kong Gateway is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based applications is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, stakeholder-influence, mentoring, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in an Agile environment.
