Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure to ensure backend reliability as document volume grows.
- Develop internal tools and platform primitives for product engineers.
- Design intuitive tooling based on internal customer feedback.
- Debug customer issues from support ticket to production fix.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for backend evolution.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of backend engineering experience, preferably in a startup.
- Strong computer science foundation with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in writing clean, well-tested Python code in production.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and CI/CD.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions proactively.
