Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance building blocks for video understanding.
- Develop large-scale pipelines to process video data.
- Work on ambiguous research problems and devise innovative solutions.
- Optimize models through pre/post-processing and inference techniques.
- Collaborate with customers and external teams to understand requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in computer vision or audio processing.
- Strong Python developer with experience in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with customers and external teams.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Deep passion for the video domain and media technologies.
- Motivated by building end-to-end products, not just training models.
- Ability to break down problems from customer impact to necessary building blocks.
- Bonus: Active contributor to open source projects.
- Bonus: Experience as an early hire at a startup.
- Must work in-person at the SF HQ.
