Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize scalable software components and applications.
- Lead coordination of project tasks to support timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Python.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Integration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
