Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and services.
- Contribute to automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Design and execute API automation tests for REST and SOAP services.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and support defect resolution.
- Create reusable test utilities, maintain test documentation, and improve automation coverage.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and API testing.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, debugging, and coding best practices.
- Basic knowledge of databases, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
