Responsibilities
- Translate technical requirements into comprehensive test plans and quality assurance roadmaps.
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases across complex environments.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, testing tools, and automated quality gates.
- Manage end-to-end defect tracking, lifecycle management, debugging, and test metrics analysis.
- Validate software across Windows Desktop, macOS, and Android platforms, including advanced SQL-based data validation.
- Contribute to design and code reviews to improve product testability before deployment.
- Analyze production deployments and user feedback to improve feature development and test parity.
- Partner with R&D and Product Management to develop and deploy high-quality software products.
- Provide transparent progress tracking and manage priorities across parallel project tracks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of dedicated experience in software quality engineering, system testing, and full-lifecycle validation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience developing automated test frameworks with Selenium, Python, Appium, TestNG, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Proficiency in complex SQL queries and database manipulation for advanced data validation.
- Experience with multi-platform validation across Windows Desktop, macOS, and Android.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native environments and web application testing architectures.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, plus enterprise change management platforms.
- Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
