Responsibilities
- Build internal agentic workflows end to end on OpenRouter, from prototype to production, for support and GTM operations.
- Integrate internal systems with company tools and replace external tools where appropriate.
- Own the reliability of shipped automation through evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Measure impact by reducing support volume, accelerating GTM motions, and cutting manual work.
- Collaborate with support, GTM, and engineering to identify high-leverage workflows for automation.
- Iterate on real usage by shipping, measuring, and improving systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on domain fluency in support or go-to-market workflows, including ticketing, CRM, sales operations, or customer-facing processes.
- Deep backend orientation and the ability to understand and work across systems end to end.
- Experience building internal tooling that achieved adoption through reliability, edge-case handling, and polish.
- A security mindset focused on permissions, blast radius, and downstream effects of agent actions.
- Ability to evaluate automation quantitatively and measure its impact.
- Ability to maintain a high quality bar while shipping within disciplined time frames.
