Responsibilities
- Build internal agentic workflows end-to-end on OpenRouter, from prototype to production.
- Integrate systems with existing company tools and replace them where appropriate.
- Ensure the reliability of shipped products through evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Drive measurable impact by reducing support volume and accelerating GTM motions.
- Collaborate with support, GTM, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Iterate on real usage by shipping, measuring, and improving.
Requirements
- Strong conviction for building internal tools over buying external solutions.
- Experience in developing internally-built tooling with a focus on reliability and polish.
- Domain fluency in support or go-to-market operations, with hands-on experience in relevant workflows.
- Understanding of systems architecture with a deep backend orientation.
- A security mindset, considering permissions and potential impacts of integrations.
- Ability to measure automation impact quantitatively.
