Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during trials and ongoing use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with build systems and integrations.
- Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products.
- Partner with Engineering to track product bugs and feature feedback.
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
- Engage with the community via forums and conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems, especially Bazel or Buck/Buck2.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Experience in a Linux/Unix environment with tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
