Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to new customers during onboarding.
- Guide customers in making effective technical decisions on the Databricks Platform.
- Help customers deploy Databricks in production environments.
- Provide technical solutions to multiple customers concurrently.
- Build expertise in the Databricks Platform and support an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud.
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data analytics workflows.
- Hands-on professional or academic experience with data engineering technologies such as ETL, DBT, Spark, or Airflow, or data warehousing technologies such as SQL, Stored Procedures, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning, including building and deploying ML models, is a bonus.
- Databricks Certification is nice to have.
