Responsibilities
- Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
- Establish conventions and processes for other employees to follow.
- Manage and prioritize multiple multi-team initiatives and company resources.
- Apply evolving industry capabilities and practices to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and improve the technical results of other employees through modeling, one-on-ones, working sessions, and documentation.
- Partner with product management to ideate solutions to business problems and goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
