Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and own the technical relationship with stakeholders.
- Build customer Proof of Concepts to showcase the business value of our platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption.
- Lead technical discussions on customer calls and facilitate evaluations and PoCs.
- Document processes to enable the solutions architect team to scale effectively.
Requirements
- Must have a Security Clearance.
- 5+ years of public sector customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions.
- Passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses.
- Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to implement high-impact processes.
- Preferred experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Preferred experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management).
- Preferred familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth).
