Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Own the technical relationship with public sector stakeholders and serve as their trusted technical advisor.
- Build customer proofs of concept that demonstrate the business value of Cohere’s platform.
- Lead technical discussions, customer evaluations, and deep dives into customer problems and Cohere technology.
- Design enterprise solutions using NLP technology and provide guidance on best practices.
- Represent customer needs to the Product and Engineering teams and gather feedback to improve the platform.
- Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with partners on strategies to enable and accelerate their customers.
- Develop and document processes that help the Solutions Architect team scale effectively.
Requirements
- Security clearance is required.
- At least 5 years of public sector customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales Solutions Architect or similar experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience architecting or deploying NLP, AI, or LLM solutions is required.
- Passion for generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
- Comfort working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Excellent communication skills across executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments.
- Kubernetes cluster management experience is preferred.
- Networking experience, including firewalls, DNS, and certificate management, is preferred.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols or frameworks such as SAML and OAuth is preferred.
