Base Salary

$221k - $278k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience for large Private Equity prospects.
  • Demonstrate how OpenAI’s products can meet business needs and deliver value.
  • Build and present demos, scope use cases, and recommend architecture patterns.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales processes.
  • Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation and purchasing.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product planning.
  • Address security and compliance questions and guide customers to resources.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Private Equity partners.
  • Thorough understanding of IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
  • Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
  • Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • A humble attitude and eagerness to support team success.
