Responsibilities
- Develop, code, debug, document, and enhance scalable front-end and back-end enterprise applications using AI-assisted development tools.
- Integrate application components, pre-built AI services, APIs, and RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver high-quality solutions with increased development speed.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on system integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
