Base Salary

$160k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding sessions and practical AI training for Claude Cowork user cohorts.
Conduct workshops, office hours, and Q&A sessions while educating users on responsible AI usage.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
Translate business challenges into AI-enabled workflows and build and configure working solutions in Claude Cowork.
Perform prompt engineering, workflow refinement, testing, and validation.
Guide teams in embedding AI solutions into operational processes.
Monitor adoption challenges and recommend improvements.
Identify reusable patterns and scalable AI use cases.
Create templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Contribute to intake, prioritization, and capacity planning and prepare status updates and progress reports.

Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
Strong prompt engineering and workflow design skills.
Experience conducting user training and AI enablement programs.
Ability to facilitate workshops and interact directly with business stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Experience with Claude Cowork and/or Claude Code is preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices is preferred.
Experience scaling AI adoption programs across business functions is preferred.
Background in business process improvement and workflow optimization is preferred.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions across multiple business teams.
