Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable, high-performance full-stack application features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers on well-scoped product work.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.
- Practice test-driven development and support reliable, high-quality software delivery.
- Design distributed systems and continuously improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
- Strong programming fundamentals and knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience building scalable systems and working with CI/CD and quality-focused development practices.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and the ability to evaluate SQL versus NoSQL approaches.
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Demonstrated experience designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with NextJS or other frontend technologies is preferred.
