Responsibilities
- Lead interactive programs for enterprise engineering teams through workshops and pair programming sessions.
- Guide customers in installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin and its associated tools.
- Pair-program with engineers to help them build, debug, and automate real projects.
- Identify high-ROI workflows for Devin across various teams.
- Create enablement materials and best practices based on customer learnings.
- Work with leadership to scale AI Enablement into a repeatable product offering.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Engineering teams to refine onboarding and provide feedback on new features.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years as a software engineer or technical consultant with strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to thrive in interactive environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt exceptionally fast.
