Responsibilities
- Lead live workshops and pair-programming sessions for enterprise engineering teams.
- Guide customers through installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin and associated tools such as DeepWiki and MCP integrations.
- Pair-program with engineers to build, debug, and automate real projects.
- Identify high-return Devin workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product teams.
- Create enablement materials, best practices, and shared playbooks from customer learnings.
- Help leadership scale AI Enablement through digital learning content, partner certifications, and scalable training models.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Engineering teams to refine onboarding and provide feedback on new features.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer or technical consultant is required.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language is required.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences is required.
- Strong customer-service orientation and comfort in interactive, people-facing environments are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to learn and adapt exceptionally fast is required.
- Experience leading technical workshops, internal enablement programs, or developer onboarding initiatives is preferred.
- Experience deploying or integrating LLM or agent-based systems in production is preferred.
- Teaching, coaching, startup, autonomy, and fast-execution experience are preferred.
