Responsibilities
- Design solutions for software implementations, configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets, and related technologies.
- Analyze new sales requirements and define technical solutions and value propositions for end clients.
- Serve as a product expert and define new features to improve the product.
- Lead workshops, consulting engagements, and training events.
- Participate in internal and client projects and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in software support and configuration.
- Experience with content management and data analysis.
- Experience defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end clients.
- Experience in process development, with strong problem-solving, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills and a strong commitment to client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web conferencing tools such as WebEx and GoToMeeting.
- Preferred familiarity with XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, MIL-STD, FrameMaker, InDesign, oXygen, XMetaL, and Arbortext Editor.
- Preferred familiarity with content management, data composition, publishing, graphic creation, and translation processes.
