Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and architecture for the core product and integrate new AI features with the ML team.
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, including monorepo evolution and core service migrations.
- Mentor senior engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and engineering best practices.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and reduce technical risks in the long-term roadmap.
- Architect and deliver complex, scalable web applications across the database-to-browser stack.
Requirements
- Typically 10+ years of software engineering experience with a record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications.
- Deep system-level expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions.
- Strong passion for mentoring, technical leadership, and raising engineering standards.
- Excellent English communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
