Responsibilities
- Map workflows across R&D, IT Operations, and Software and design end-to-end AI automation systems.
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure using tools such as Ollama and vLLM.
- Build workflow pipelines and autonomous agentic systems using Python, orchestration tools, and self-hosted models.
- Own the lifecycle of internal tools from opportunity identification through production deployment.
- Develop and maintain MCP servers and API integrations for internal systems, monitoring tools, and quantum computing platforms.
- Implement observability and feedback loops to measure automation performance, reliability, and output quality.
- Integrate AI solutions with OVH cloud, Tailscale VPN, Ansible automation, and private infrastructure.
- Translate operational and business challenges into technical implementations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end AI systems through personal projects or prior experience.
- Experience with workflow engines such as Prefect, LangGraph, n8n, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and agent logic.
- Deep understanding of RAG, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and MCPs.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, Docker, GPU management, VPN solutions, and configuration management.
- OVH, Tailscale, Ansible, private networking, access control, and local open-source model experience are preferred or advantageous.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical colleagues, including quantum researchers.
- Strong understanding of secure automation, data sovereignty, and protecting sensitive research data.
