Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and deploy Salesforce digital transformation projects.
- Build and support complex Salesforce applications and infrastructure components used by multiple systems.
- Develop business features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and Salesforce configurations.
- Integrate third-party and legacy applications with Salesforce using web technologies, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Perform integrated testing and customer acceptance testing with careful planning and execution.
- Maintain software quality standards and identify opportunities for team growth and process improvement.
- Manage assigned work independently and coordinate delivery with other teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with at least two major Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Communities.
- Experience with customer 360-degree solutions, personalized services, B2C Commerce, or marketing is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, API programming, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or HTML5, SOAP, REST API, middleware, and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, profiles, flows, customizations, relational databases, data governance, and data management.
- Experience with legacy-system integration patterns, enterprise data integration, analytical platforms, and public or hybrid cloud ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile methodology or SDLC practices.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications are preferred, and architecture certifications are advantageous.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry domain knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, adaptability, and professional English-language skills.
