Responsibilities
- Articulate the value and differentiators of Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform in client meetings.
- Conduct standard and customized live demonstrations tailored to prospects’ business challenges.
- Build Decision Intelligence Skills in Aera Workspace and develop customer-specific demos.
- Drive proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, and skill-building initiation workshops.
- Support benefit assessments, ROI analyses, and business-case development.
- Contribute to proposals, RFx responses, solution documentation, and statements of work.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success on solution deployment roadmaps.
- Lead discovery sessions, design-thinking workshops, and executive presentations.
- Communicate the business value of the platform to technical and business audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a pre-sales role for an enterprise software firm.
- Experience with supply chain operations management, such as procurement, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory management.
- Experience with process manufacturing and industries such as CPG, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage.
- Experience with value engineering, business-case development, proposals, and statements of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM engineering or computer science required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in data science or machine learning is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
