Responsibilities
- Design customized integration solutions and system architectures between ECAD and PLM systems.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into viable integration concepts aligned with existing IT landscapes.
- Define interfaces, coordinate technical implementation teams, and enforce architectural principles, quality standards, and best practices.
- Oversee solutions across their lifecycle from requirements analysis through implementation and commissioning.
- Take technical project responsibility, support architecture reviews, and ensure sustainable documentation and continued development.
- Act as the main contact for integrating solutions into existing systems and support qualification, testing, and remote or on-site deployment.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification from a university or technical college.
- Several years of experience working with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or Oracle Agile.
- Several years of experience working with ECAD systems such as Altium Designer, Siemens Xpedition/PADS, Cadence OrCAD, Aucotec Engineering Base, or EPLAN Electric P8.
- Several years of experience with traditional and agile project management.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of .NET, C++, Java, C#, COM/COM+, XML, and ideally Ruby and corresponding frameworks is a plus.
