Base Salary
$108k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements and follow platform best practices.
- Provide technical oversight for implementation, integrations, workflows, deployments, and data consistency.
- Analyze and optimize ServiceNow and integrated-system performance.
- Develop quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet applicable standards.
- Design security plans and ensure compliance with security requirements and best practices.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidance, and knowledge-base content.
- Mentor and coach ServiceNow professionals and lead practice-wide knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Build client relationships, develop technical roadmaps, and support new services and ServiceNow license opportunities.
- Present technical solutions and contribute to proposals and oral presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers, practice leadership, clients, security teams, and proposal teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- One of the following certifications: CISSP, Security+, CASP+, or CISM.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work in the United States.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Preferred knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, federal security and compliance frameworks, Risk Management, platform security, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred experience with Integration Hub, REST API, custom integration scripting, JavaScript, and GlideScript.
- Demonstrated system architecture, solution design, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Benefits
- Full-time onsite work in San Diego, California, five days per week.
- The position offers a stated annual pay range of $108,006.00 to $183,610.00; compensation is excluded from the benefits list.
