Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud-scale directory services managing identities, entitlements, and relationships.
- Develop high-performance policy engines and low-latency authorization services supporting RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC.
- Build secure, observable, scalable APIs and microservices for partner-team integration.
- Use AI-assisted engineering across design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operations.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities for policy intelligence, anomaly detection, operational insights, and adaptive access decisions.
- Build observable services with automated deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Partner with Identity, Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams on next-generation identity architectures.
- Automate engineering workflows and improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building large-scale backend or distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of scalability, consistency, replication, partitioning, and fault tolerance.
- Experience developing cloud-native services with Java, Go, or similar languages, including scalable APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or graph databases and identity, entitlement, or relationship data modeling.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC authorization models.
- Familiarity with OPA, Cedar, IAM, LDAP, or modern identity platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered engineering tools for software development, testing, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, service meshes, and modern observability platforms.
- Interest in continuous learning, automation, and responsible adoption of emerging AI technologies.
