Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications supporting client servicing, transaction processing, and risk management capabilities.
- Solve complex technical challenges and influence solution design for highly available, high-volume applications.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, functional specifications, and automated testing solutions.
- Drive automation, scalability, process improvements, and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with engineers, business partners, stakeholders, and offshore resources.
- Mentor engineers, promote software engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, cloud development, web services, and Informatica ETL solutions for high-volume, highly available applications.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale solutions for complex business and technology challenges.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices, GitHub, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical documentation, functional specifications, and automated testing solutions.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or serving as a technical lead and mentoring engineers is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise architecture, solution design, and risk management or financial services applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to learn new technologies.
