Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.
- Build backend services and RESTful APIs with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop responsive and reusable React frontend components.
- Build, integrate, and orchestrate AI agents and agentic workflows involving reasoning, planning, tool or function calling, memory, context management, and multi-step execution.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, external services, and third-party systems.
- Design event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Apache Kafka.
- Design and optimize SQL/PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, transactions, and data access.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and AI services on AWS.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, error handling, and reliable communication across frontend, backend, agents, and external systems.
- Write maintainable, reusable, and tested code; troubleshoot production issues; participate in code reviews and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, and development teams and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Python backend application development.
- Good experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on SQL/PostgreSQL experience, including complex queries, joins, indexes, transactions, database design, and optimization.
- Hands-on Kafka experience with producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and event-driven processing.
- Working experience with AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications, preferably involving multi-step tasks, orchestration, tool/function calling, external integrations, context and conversation management, memory, planning, reasoning, autonomous execution, multi-agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience integrating LLMs with production applications.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Git, testing, debugging, Agile methodologies, cloud scalability, security, monitoring, and deployment practices.
- MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
- CI/CD pipeline experience is an advantage.
